About us
Two people, one studio, a sum of good software.
Sumero is a small, family-run software company. We're Jozo and Sara, a husband-and-wife team who love making useful things. Sara takes care of design, Jozo of engineering. Instead of building for clients, we build our own products, and we stick with them.
The story behind the name
Look at our logo: the “E” is a Σ, the sign for a sum. “Sum” is the logic and math Jozo loves; “ero”, from eros, is the love Sara brings. The name also nods to the Sumerians, the first great inventors, and hides a word backwards: oremus.
